Ingredients/Components
- packed brown sugar - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1 tsp
- firmly packed brown sugar - 1/4 c
- sliced carrots, cooked - 3 c
- liquid from cooked carrots - 1/4 c
How to make candied carrots:
Add to butter which has been melted, and simmer 5 minutes. Pour over 3 1/2 cups carrots and bake at 350° for 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Carrots.
