Mixed vegetable casserole
Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- cheese, grated - 1 c
- mixed frozen vegetables
- tube Ritz crackers - 1 item
How to make mixed vegetable casserole:
Cook vegetables according to package directions until tender. Drain and put into greased casserole dish. Mix onions, celery, cheese and mayonnaise. Spread over vegetables. Melt butter and mix into crushed crackers. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Yields 2 quart casserole.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Casseroles.
