Ingredients/Components
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- cracker crumbs - 2 c
- medium potatoes - 5 item
How to make crusty baked potatoes:
Peel potatoes. Wash and drain. Cut in thirds lengthwise, then dip in melted butter and roll in crumbs. Place in greased pan and sprinkle with salt. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
