Ingredients/Components
- water
- honey - 2 Tbsp
- ground cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- paprika - 1/2 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- ground cumin - 1/2 tsp
- sea salt - 1/4 tsp
- dash of cayenne pepper - 1 item
- soy margarine - 1 Tbsp
- approximately 6 to 8 average sized carrots, diced
- + 1 tsp - 1 Tbsp
- dried whole cilantro - 1/4 tsp
- soy margarine, melted - 2 tsp
- half ears frozen corn-on-the-cob - 12 item
How to make candied carrots:
Combine first 8 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Cook corn according to package directions. Transfer corn to a serving platter and brush margarine mixture over corn.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Carrots.
