Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 5 item
- half and half - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- sausage - 1 lb
- softened margarine - 1 item
- shredded Longhorn cheese
- slices white bread, crust off - 6 item
How to make breakfast casserole:
Cook sausage until done, stirring to crumble well; drain and set aside. Butter each slice of bread; cut into cubes. Place cubes in buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Sprinkle with sausage.
