Hot cocoa for a crowd
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- milk - 4 qt
- cocoa - 1 c
- hot water - 3/4 c
- salt optional - 1/2 tsp
How to make hot cocoa for a crowd:
Blend cocoa, sugar and salt in 6 quart pan; gradually add hot water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture begins to boil. Continue cooking and stirring for 2 minutes. Add milk; heat thoroughly. DO NOT BOIL. Remove from heat, add vanilla and serve hot.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Breakfast, Drinks.
