Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- milk - 1/4 c
- flour - 2 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- cream - 3/4 c
- cut asparagus - 1 lb
How to make asparagus quiche:
Crust: Mix first four ingredients. Line two 9-inch pie pans with dough and bake for 12 minutes at 400°.Saute the asparagus in the butter until tender. Place the asparagus in the crust. Mix the three remaining ingredients and pour over the asparagus. Bake at 375° for 30 to 40 minutes until knife comes out clean.
