  • eggs - 4 item
  • milk - 1/4 c
  • flour - 2 c
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 1/2 c
  • cream - 3/4 c
  • cut asparagus - 1 lb

How to make asparagus quiche:

Crust: Mix first four ingredients. Line two 9-inch pie pans with dough and bake for 12 minutes at 400°.

Saute the asparagus in the butter until tender. Place the asparagus in the crust. Mix the three remaining ingredients and pour over the asparagus. Bake at 375° for 30 to 40 minutes until knife comes out clean.
