  • pkg - 1 oz
  • hot water - 1 c
  • applesauce - 2 c
  • chopped celery - 1/2 c
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • orange Jell-O - 1 pkg
  • pecans, chopped - 1/2 c
  • red cinnamon candies - 3 Tbsp

How to make applesauce salad:

Melt cinnamon candies in 1 cup boiling water and pour over orange Jell-O. Add the applesauce, mayonnaise and cream cheese, which have been mixed together. Let cool until almost thick. Add nuts and celery. Chill until firm. Mold if desired.
