Brunch casserole
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 3/4 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- shredded sharp Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- slices white bread - 8 item
- cubed, cooked ham - 2 c
- chopped, cooked broccoli - 2 c
How to make brunch casserole:
Cube bread. Pour melted butter over bread and toss well. In buttered 9 x 13-inch casserole layer 1/2 bread cubes, 1/2 shredded cheese, 1/2 broccoli, all the ham, remaining broccoli, cheese and bread cubes. Beat egg and milk. Add seasoning. Pour mixture over all layers. Refrigerate overnight or at least 2 hours. Bake until puffy and nicely brown at 350° for 40 minutes to 1 hour.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
