Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 6 item
- half and half - 2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- sharp Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 c
- sausage - 1 lb
- slices bread white - 6 item
How to make sausage and egg casserole:
Brown sausage. Crumble and drain. Place on the bottom of large casserole dish. Crumble bread over sausage. Blend eggs, mustard, salt and pepper with half and half. Pour mixture over sausage and bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight. When ready toRecipe categories: Holiday, Breakfast, Casseroles.
