Sausage breakfast casserole
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 5 item
- half and half - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- Cheddar cheese
- sausage - 1 lb
- softened margarine - 1 item
- slices white bread, remove crusts - 6 item
How to make sausage breakfast casserole:
Cook sausage until done. Crumble and drain. Spread each slice of bread with margarine. Cut into squares. Place in 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Sprinkle with sausage. Top with cheese. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over sausage and cheese. Let sit 8 hours or overnight. Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
