Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- medium-sized roast - 1 item
How to make barbecue beef:
Cook roast in the morning and let cool. In a large pan, combine the sugar, soup, celery and onion. Pick roast apart and add to mixture. Cook 45 minutes on low heat, stirring often. Serve on buns.Recipe categories: Meat, Beef, High protein.
