- dash of Worcestershire sauce - 1 item
- chili sauce - 1/2 item
- onion, chopped - 1 c
- green pepper, chopped - 1 c
- celery, chopped - 1 c
- bottle water - 1 item
- beef chuck or rump - 4 lb
How to make barbecue beef:
Mix all ingredients and pour over beef. Bake 4 1/2 hours at 325°. Tear apart with 2 forks when done. Place on buns.Recipe categories: Meat, Beef, High protein.
