Ingredients/Components
- ground chuck - 2 lb
- can tomato soup - 1 3/4
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- small bell pepper, chopped very fine - 1 item
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 3 Tbsp
- mustard - 2 Tbsp
- vinegar - 3 Tbsp
How to make meat loaf:
For the Sauce:1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup3 Tbsp. brown sugar2 Tbsp. mustard3 Tbsp. vinegar2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Meat Loaf: Mix all ingredients thoroughly, then pack tightly into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours. ARecipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
