Ingredients/Components
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- dash of paprika - 1 item
- ground black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can cream of shrimp soup - 1 oz
- lemon wedges if desired - 1 item
- shredded Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- frozen fish fillets - 1 lb
How to make baked fish fillets:
Thaw fish enough to separate. Arrange on buttered 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle with pepper and dot with margarine. Spread shrimp soup over fillets; sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake at 400° for 25 minutes. Makes 4 servings.Recipe categories: Fish, Freshwater fish, Perch.
