Tuna croquettes
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3/4 c
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- vinegar - 1 tsp
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- cans tuna - 2 oz
- crumbled potato chips
How to make tuna croquettes:
Drain fish and flake coarsely. Melt butter; blend in flour and gradually stir in milk. Cook, while stirring, until sauce boils and thickens. Add fish, vinegar and seasonings. Cool. Shape into 6 to 8 croquettes. Dip in beaten egg, then in potato chRecipe categories: Fish, Tuna, Saltwater fish.
