Ingredients/Components
- margarine - 1 tsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 tsp
- skim milk - 1/4 c
- chopped fresh parsley - 1 Tbsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- saltines, made into crumbs - 12 item
- drained canned tuna, flaked - 6 oz
How to make tuna cakes:
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients, except margarine. Shape into 6 equal patties. In a 10-inch nonstick skillet, heat margarine until bubbly and hot. Add patties; cook over medium heat, turning once until browned on both sides.Recipe categories: Fish, Tuna, Saltwater fish.
