Ingredients/Components

  • margarine - 1 tsp
  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 tsp
  • skim milk - 1/4 c
  • chopped fresh parsley - 1 Tbsp
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • minced onion - 1 Tbsp
  • saltines, made into crumbs - 12 item
  • drained canned tuna, flaked - 6 oz

How to make tuna cakes:

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients, except margarine. Shape into 6 equal patties. In a 10-inch nonstick skillet, heat margarine until bubbly and hot. Add patties; cook over medium heat, turning once until browned on both sides.
