Ingredients/Components

  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • paprika - 1 item
  • minced dried onion - 1 tsp
  • haddock fillets fresh or frozen - 1 lb

How to make baked fish:

Thaw fish, if frozen. Cut in servings. Melt butter. Add lemon juice and onion to butter. Mix. Let stand 2 to 3 minutes. Dip fish in to cover all over. Arrange fish in a greased foil-lined shallow pan. Pour remaining mixture over fish. (May be seasoned with salt and pepper, if desired.) Sprinkle with paprika. Bake until fish flakes with a fork. Cooking time: 25 to 30 minutes at 350°.
