- grated Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- white wine Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
- reduced-calorie mayonnaise - 1/3 c
- fresh or frozen fillets - 4 (4
- snipped fresh chives or sliced green onion - 2 Tbsp
How to make baked parmesan fish:
Thaw fish if frozen. Rinse fish and pat dry with paper towels. Spray a 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish with nonstick spray coating; set aside.In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, chives or onion and Worcestershire sauce. Spread mayonnaise mixture over fish fillets.
Bake, uncovered, in a 450° oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Makes 4 servings.
