Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 item
- vegetable oil - 6 Tbsp
- paprika - 1/2 tsp
- fish - 2 lb
- chopped parsley - 1 item
- medium onions, sliced - 2 item
- can tomatoes - 1 lb
- clove garlic, crushed - 1 item
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- lemon slices - 1 item
How to make baked fish:
Saute onion in 4 tablespoons oil until golden brown. Add tomatoes, garlic, paprika, salt, lemon juice and remaining oil. Cook for about 20 minutes. Place fish in baking dish and cover with sauce. Bake in a 400° oven approximately 30 minutes. Before serving, garnish with chopped parsley and lemon slices. Makes 4 servings.Recipe categories: Fish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
