Ingredients/Components
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- green onions - 1/4 c
- onion, sliced - 1 item
- fish fillets - 6 item
- lemon, sliced - 1 item
- dash of lemon pepper - 1 item
- or 2 toes garlic - 1 item
How to make baked fish:
Line pan with foil. Rub butter or margarine on foil. Season both sides of fish with salt, pepper and lemon pepper if desired. Put fish on foil. Slice lemon, green onions, garlic and onion over fish. Seal and bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes. Test for doneness. If necessary, bake about 5 minutes more.Recipe categories: Fish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
