- garlic salt - 1 item
- onion salt - 1 item
- Parmesan - 1 item
- salmon fillets - 1 item
How to make grilled salmon:
Catch a 40 pound king salmon fillet and put 3/4 in the freezer for the future. Grill over charcoal. Before putting on grill, season with garlic and onion salt and liberally coat top side with Parmesan.
