Ingredients/Components
- oil - 1 item
- oregano - 1 item
- bay leaves - 1 item
- small can tomato sauce - 1 item
- sole or orange roughy - 1 item
- seasoned bread crumbs with extras of garlic and grated cheese - 1 item
How to make baked fish:
Rinse roughy in cold water. Dip each piece in oil and then in bread crumbs. Place on cookie sheet and put a tablespoon of tomato sauce on each piece of fish. Sprinkle oregano on each and place a bay leaf around the fish. Sprinkle a little oil around the bottom of the pan and cook for about 15 minutes at 350°, more or less, depending on the thickness of fish.Recipe categories: Fish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
