Ingredients/Components
- margarine, melted - 1/2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- saltine crackers, crushed - 2 c
- grated sharp cheese - 1/2 lb
- large can asparagus, drained - 1 item
- boiled eggs, chopped optional - 2 item
- chopped nuts almonds, pecans, walnuts - 1/2 c
How to make asparagus casserole:
Mix margarine with crackers. Make 2 layers in a greased Pyrex dish (8 1/2 x 8 1/2-inch) of asparagus, soup, nuts, cheese and crackers. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Asparagus, Main dish, Casseroles.
