- stick butter - 1 item
- cheese - 1 c
- can asparagus - 1 item
- sleeve Ritz crackers - 1 item
- boiled egg - 1 item
- can mini green peas - 1 item
How to make asparagus casserole:
Drain asparagus and peas reserving liquid in bowl. In skillet, melt butter. Put in enough flour to make a paste. Add juice from asparagus and peas to make gravy. In casserole dish, layer peas, asparagus, egg and cheese then pour gravy on. Crumble crackers over top. Bake at 350° until bubbly.Recipe categories: Asparagus, Main dish, Casseroles.
