Asparagus parmesan
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter, melted - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- grated Parmesan or Romano cheese - 1/2 c

How to make asparagus parmesan:
Wash asparagus. Put into a small amount of boiling salted water in a skillet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook 5 minutes, uncovered. Cover and cook an additional 10 minutes or until just tender. Pour melted butter into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Put cooked asparagus into casserole and sprinkle with mixture of cheese, salt and pepper. Bake at 450° for 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Makes 6 servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Asparagus.
