Ingredients/Components
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- boiled eggs - 3 item
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1/2 lb
- sleeve saltine crackers - 1 item
- small can pimentos - 1 item
- large can asparagus - 1 item
How to make asparagus casserole:
Crumble crackers in buttered casserole dish. Cut asparagus and place on crackers. Pour asparagus juice over top. Slice eggs and place on top of asparagus. Cut 1/2 of pimentos and place over eggs. Spread soup. Add remaining pimentos and pimento juice. Cover with grated cheese and bake at 350°, covered, for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Asparagus, Main dish, Casseroles.
