Asparagus casserole
Ingredients/Components
- hard-boiled eggs - 3 item
- grated sharp cheese - 1 c
- white sauce or mushroom soup - 1 item
- 2 can asparagus all green
How to make asparagus casserole:
Cut asparagus spears into small pieces. Place layer of asparagus in bottom of Pyrex dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Place layer of hard-boiled eggs and cover with sauce or soup. Repeat, making 2 or 3 layers. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 325° or 350° for 30 minutes or until brown and crisp. Makes 6 to 8 servings.Recipe categories: Asparagus, Main dish, Casseroles.
