Ingredients/Components
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- onion, shredded - 1 item
- salt
- sugar - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- can Pet milk - 1 item
- Velveeta cheese, melted - 1 c
- zucchini, shredded - 5 item
- potato, peeled and shredded - 1 item
- soy sauce - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1 item
- chicken broth - 3 c
- nutmeg - 1 item
How to make zucchini soup:
Saute vegetables in butter until tender. Add salt, pepper, soy sauce and sugar. Add stock, milk and canned milk. Do not boil! Keep just below boiling for about 45 minutes. Serve with a dash of nutmeg.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Main dish, One Dish meal.
