Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- milk - 3 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- frozen chopped spinach - 10 oz
- slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled - 6 item
How to make spinach dip:
Cook spinach and drain. Cook together the cheese, milk and nutmeg until cheese is melted. Add spinach and half of the bacon and lemon juice. Top with remaining bacon bits. Serve with vegetables and crackers.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Dips.
