Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2/3 c
- boiling water - 1/3 c
- melted butter or margarine - 3 Tbsp
- instant milk powder - 1 c
How to make sweetened condensed milk:
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl with an electric mixer. You can successfully cut to half the sugar with good results.This equals 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk and can be used in any recipe that a can of milk is needed.
