Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 3/4 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- vinegar - 3 Tbsp
- zucchini, sliced thin grater works fine - 3 c
- sugar/brown sugar - 1/2 c
How to make zucchini pie:
Sprinkle vinegar over zucchini and let set while getting pie dough ready and rolled out. Mix rest of ingredients together, then mix with zucchini and pour into unbaked crust. Put on top crust. Bake 35 to 45 minutes at 350° or until done. Has a taste similar to mincemeat pie.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Italian, European.
