  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • Bisquick - 1 c
  • clove garlic, minced - 1 item
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
  • small zucchini - 4 item

How to make zucchini appetizer:

Split zucchini and slice thin. Mix ingredients and add to zucchini. Put mix in 13 x 9-inch greased pan. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes to golden brown.
