Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- brown sugar - 1 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- dash of salt - 1 item
- cream of tartar
- dash of nutmeg - 1 item
- zucchini, peeled and sliced - 6 c
- Cool and drain well
How to make zucchini pie:
Cook zucchini until tender. Cool and drain well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour in unbaked pie shell.Crumble Topping:1 c. flour1 stick butter1 c. brown sugar Blend together until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of pie and bake at 400° for 10 minutes, then at 350° for 50 minutes.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Italian, European.
