Ingredients/Components

  • sugar
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • cream of tartar
  • dash of nutmeg - 1 item
  • zucchini, peeled and sliced - 6 c
  • Cool and drain well

How to make zucchini pie:

Cook zucchini until tender. Cool and drain well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour in unbaked pie shell.Crumble Topping:1 c. flour1 stick butter1 c. brown sugar Blend together until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of pie and bake at 400° for 10 minutes, then at 350° for 50 minutes.
