  • sugar
  • cinnamon
  • butter or margarine - 1 Tbsp
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • brown sugar - 4 Tbsp
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • cream of tartar
  • dash of nutmeg - 1 item
  • peeled zucchini, cooked until tender and cooled - 4 c
  • Mix all ingredients together with zucchini

How to make zucchini pie:

Put cooked zucchini in bowl with 2 tablespoons lemon juice; set aside. Mix all ingredients together with zucchini. Pour into unbaked pie shell.Topping for Zucchini Pie:4 Tbsp. flour4 Tbsp. brown sugar1 Tbsp. butter or margarine Bake 40 to 50 minutes at 400°.
