Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon
- butter or margarine - 1 Tbsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- brown sugar - 4 Tbsp
- dash of salt - 1 item
- cream of tartar
- dash of nutmeg - 1 item
- peeled zucchini, cooked until tender and cooled - 4 c
- Mix all ingredients together with zucchini
How to make zucchini pie:
Put cooked zucchini in bowl with 2 tablespoons lemon juice; set aside. Mix all ingredients together with zucchini.
