Ingredients/Components

  • unpeeled zucchini, sliced thin
  • biscuit mix - 1/2 c
  • onion, chopped - 1/4 c
  • parsley flakes - 1 Tbsp
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • oregano - 1/4 tsp
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • dash of garlic powder - 1 item
  • oil - 1/4 c
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item

How to make zucchini appetizer:

Mix all ingredients, then spread in greased pan (8 x 8-inch). Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350°. Take from oven and cut into squares. These are good hot or cold. May be frozen.
