Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- oil - 1/2 c
- Bisquick - 1 c
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- parsley flakes - 2 Tbsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
- shredded zucchini - 3 c
How to make zucchini puff:
Mix all ingredients and place in greased 9 x 9-inch Pyrex dish. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until golden brown.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Zucchini.
