Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- grated zucchini - 3 c
- Bisquick - 1 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- slightly beaten eggs - 4 item
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- parsley - 2 Tbsp
- pieces of pepperoni optional - 1 item
How to make zucchini delight:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Put into 13 x 9-inch pan and bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until top is lightly browned.Recipe categories: Squash, Vegetables, Main dish.
