  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 1/2 c
  • Bisquick - 1 c
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped parsley - 2 tsp
  • diced zucchini - 3 c
  • clove chopped garlic - 1 item
  • diced pepperoni - 1/2 c

How to make zucchini bake:

Mix in a large bowl. Pour into 13 x 9-inch pan or casserole and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
