World's best cookies
Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- white sugar - 1 c
- egg - 1 item
- salad oil - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- rolled oats uncooked - 1 c
- crushed cornflakes - 1 c
- coconut optional - 1 c
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- sifted flour
- soda - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
How to make world's best cookies:
Preheat oven to 325°. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add egg and mix well. Add salad oil and vanilla, mixing well. Add oats, cornflakes, coconut and nuts, stirring well. Add flour, soda and salt; mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Flatten with fork dipped in water. Bake 12 minutes. Cool on cookie sheet for a few minutes before removing.
