Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 4 item
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • oil - 3/4 c
  • yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
  • large can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
  • carton Cool Whip - 1 item
  • can mandarin oranges undrained - 1 oz

How to make pig pickin' cake:

Mix first 4 ingredients in the order given. Divide into 3 layers and bake in greased and floured pans at 325° until done; cool.

Icing: Combine pineapple, pudding and Cool Whip together. Spread on layer tops only and refrigerate.
