Ingredients/Components
- carrots - 1 c
- tomato juice - 1 pt
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- peas - 1 c
- corn - 1 c
- green beans - 1 c
- potatoes, peeled and diced - 3 c
- whole tomatoes - 1 qt
- cabbage, coarsely cut - 3 c
- salt and season to taste - 1 item
How to make vegetable soup:
Cook cabbage, potatoes and onion until tender. Add corn, carrots, peas, green beans, whole tomatoes and tomato juice. Salt and season to taste. Bring to boil and simmer 30 minutes.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Weeknight, Soups & stews.
