- carrots - 1 c
- potatoes - 1 c
- onion - 1 c
- peas - 1 c
- celery - 1 c
- beef broth - 3 qt
- beef cubes - 3 c
- corn - 1 c
- green beans - 1 c
- lima beans - 1 c
- packed cabbage - 1 c
How to make vegetable soup:
Chop all vegetables. Measure the 1 cup chopped. Mix everything together and cook 1 1/2 hours. Makes about 5 quarts. Can be frozen.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Weeknight, Soups & stews.
