Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- can green beans, drained - 1 item
- cans mushroom soup - 2 item
- frozen cauliflower - 1 pkg
- seasoned croutons - 1 c
How to make vegetable casserole:
Preheat oven to 350° to 375°. Cook cauliflower until tender; drain. Combine all ingredients, except cheese and butter. Put in a large 2-quart buttered casserole. Sprinkle with cheese; dot with butter. Bake for 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
