Zucchini puffs
Ingredients/Components
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- Bisquick - 1 c
- snipped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
- clove garlic, chopped - 1 item
- thinly sliced onions - 1/2 c
- marjoram or oregano - 1/2 tsp
- thinly sliced zucchini unpeeled - 3 c
How to make zucchini puffs:
Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan. Mix all ingredients. Spread in pan. Bake at 350° until golden brown, about 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Vegetables.
