Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- box Stove Top stuffing - 1 item
- small onion - 1 item
- carrots, shredded - 2 item
- zucchini - 3 c
How to make zucchini casserole:
Cut zucchini into small chunks; cook until barely tender, then drain. Crush stuffing cubes; mix with butter and seasoning. Mix the rest of the ingredients with 1/2 stuffing mixture. Pour into casserole; top with the balance of dressing. Bake for 20 minutes, or until brown, in a 350° oven.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
