Pork tenderloin piquant
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- dark brown sugar - 3 Tbsp
- lime juice - 1/4 c
- Dijon mustard - 1 Tbsp
- chicken broth - 1/4 c
- ground allspice - 1/4 tsp
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- whole pork tenderloin
How to make pork tenderloin piquant:
Heat oven to 450°. Trim fat from meat, place into a shallow dish, rub all over with mustard. Mix together chicken broth, lime juice, salt, allspice and pepper. Pour over meat. Cover and refrigerate 6 hours. Remove meat from marinade, place on a rack in roasting pan, coat with brown sugar. Roast at 450° for 30 to 35 minutes (internal temperature should be 165° to 170°).Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Pork.
