- salt and pepper - 1 item
- onion - 1/4 c
- celery - 1/2 c
- 1/2 sticks butter - 1 item
- to 6 pork chops - 4 item
- bread white - 1 item
How to make breaded pork chops:
Fry pork chops first, but not fully done. Crumble bread; add onions, celery, salt, pepper and butter. Mix well. Lay pork chops on cookie sheet. Put breaded mixture on top of pork chops. Bake at 350° for 15 to 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Pork chop.
