Ingredients/Components
- softened cream cheese - 1 pkg
- mayo - 16 oz
- shredded cheddar cheese - 1 pkg
- boneless chicken breast - 1 lb
- can diced green chili peppers - 1 item
How to make chicken enchilada dip:
Boil chicken until done. Let cool & shred. Place in bowl and mix in cream cheese, mayo, cheddar cheese & green chili peppers. Place in a baking dish and bake about 30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Dips.
