Ingredients/Components

  • minced garlic ready to use garlic; comes in 4 - 3 Tbsp
  • salt
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • Dijon mustard - 1/4 tsp
  • cider vinegar - 1/2 c
  • lime juice - 1/4 c
  • lemon juice - 1/4 c
  • black pepper - 1 tsp
  • cracked black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • olive oil can substitute canola oil - 1 c

How to make meat marinade:

Mix together everything except oil. Slowly add oil, mixing well. Pour over chicken or steak and leave overnight (or at least 8 hours).
