Ingredients/Components
- minced garlic ready to use garlic; comes in 4 - 3 Tbsp
- salt
- brown sugar - 1 c
- Dijon mustard - 1/4 tsp
- cider vinegar - 1/2 c
- lime juice - 1/4 c
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- black pepper - 1 tsp
- cracked black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- olive oil can substitute canola oil - 1 c
How to make meat marinade:
Mix together everything except oil. Slowly add oil, mixing well. Pour over chicken or steak and leave overnight (or at least 8 hours).Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Condiments, etc., Marinades and rubs.
